The owners envisioned a rugged, durable, low-maintenance home without compromising beauty or comfort. 

Architectural concrete forms the grounded base, complemented by raw exterior structural steel that naturally patinates with the seasons and requires no maintenance. While the exterior is resilient and protective, the interior is warm, calm, and atmospheric. 

The design is organized into five distinct pods: a central living and gathering pavilion, two primary bedroom suites, and two garage/storage structures. This pod concept maintains a human scale, ensuring the home feels intimate even when occupied by just a single couple.
